Well, back in the day, Yom Kippur was a big deal. It was the only time the high priest could get into the inner sanctum of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. He’d do all sorts of rituals and sprinkle blood from sacrificed animals on the Ark of Covenant - you know, where they kept those Ten Commandments. Pretty wild stuff!
