Is Usopp A Haki User? [Solved]
Uppso finally woke up his Kenbunshoku Haki during the second half of the Dressrosa revolt. He could see auras of Luffy, Law and Sugar from the old King’s Plateau near the Colosseum - even though they were in the palace! So he was able to spot Sugar and shoot her down from far away.
