Well, there’s a teeny-tiny difference between UK/European/Australian and US cups. The UK ones are 250mls, while the US ones are 240mls - so UK half cups are 125mls, but US half cups are 120mls (quarter cups usually stay the same at 60mls). But don’t worry - for most recipes it won’t make much of a difference in the end result.
