It’s a no-brainer that everyone deserves respect, but it’s also important to remember that respect is something you have to earn. So, take the lead and be nice to people you don’t know, lend a hand when someone needs help and always be courteous. Unfortunately, too often people are disrespected because of their identity – and that’s just not cool.
